What we collect when you contact us or request a consultation, why we collect it, and who sees it.
What we collect
The details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence and, if you choose, your nationality; your answers about your plans (what you are considering, budget range, timing and the number of people on the application); and any note you write. We also record which page and campaign brought you to us.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to coordinate your file. If you ask for market updates, to send them; you can stop them at any time.
Who sees it
PGI's offices in Iraq and Greece. When your file opens, and only with your agreement, the independent Greek lawyer and notary working on it. The companies that host this website and store enquiries do so on our behalf. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
For as long as your enquiry or file is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to pagoldeninvestment@gmail.com.
